Returns are technically possible only for the following countries: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus. For return please follow the link.

 

For all other countries orders are final sale only, returns and exchanges are technically impossible, due with the transport and customs policies of states that BAZILIKA cannot influence in any way. Accordingly, all requests for returns or exchanges will be declined.

 

Before making a purchase, we ask you to carefully consider the choice of size, color, quantity of goods.​

We kindly ask you not to make a purchase if you are not sure about the purchase or do not agree with the terms of the return policy. 

 

Transit parcels also technically cannot be canceled.
