Return and exchange of goods that maintained its original appearance, factory labels, seals and original packaging can be made within 7 days after the initial delivery.
We recommend making a return within the first 3 days after receiving the order to meet the deadline.
To exchange goods, the customer must return the goods to the seller in accordance with the return policy of the seller and place a new order on the website. In case of exchange goods, the customer pays for delivery service and customs duties and fees for new order.
- when return international orders, Customs office charges customs duties and customs clearance fees (except the countries: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan). More details in the section Return of the Public Offer
- initial shipping cost are non-refundable
- if you paid customs fees and duties in the country of destination, then in case of the return the customs will not refund these fees.
Before making a return, make sure that a product complies with the return policy:
- the product has its original appearance: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
- after fitting, there are no traces of cosmetics left on the product
- the return deadlines have been met

2. After filling out the form, you will receive the instructions by e-mail for processing the return parcel.
3. After receiving the parcel and checking the goods, we will make a refund within 1-3 business day, provided that the goods comply with the return policy. Shipping cost and duties/taxes are not refundable.
4. Refunds are made only to the same bank card or PayPal account from which the order was paid. The amount of refund may vary depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase and refund.
