WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-2 business days.

If the Customer has place a pre-order for the product, the package will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse. The date of arrival of the goods at the warehouse is indicated in the conditions of pre-order in the description of the goods.

If the Customer has placed an order for several products, where at least one of the items is on pre-order, then the parcel will be sent to the Customer when the pre-ordered product arrives at the warehouse.


WHERE CAN I TRACK ORDER STATUS?
When we ship your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Then you can track your parcel on dhl.com​
If you have not received e-mail from us, please check the Spam folder.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. 
Returns are technically possible only for the following countries: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus.

You can pay for your order with any card on the website. All payments are protected and secure.
CUSTOMS POLICY
 
DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES?

When delivering USA and the EAEU countries (Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, Belarus), there are no customs duties. In other countries there may be additional customs duties or taxes, established by the Legislation of the destination country.

Before placing an order, please, clarify the duty-free limits and the amount of customs duties/taxes.


HOW DO I PAY CUSTOMS TAXES?

It is easy to pay the customs fees. After the parcel is delivered to the destination country, you can pay the tax by following the link that you will receive in the SMS from DHL, along with your waybill number. All you have to do is to pay the tax online. This way you do not have to deal with a customs representative, as the tax is calculated automatically.

In some countries it is possible to pay the customs duties directly to the courier upon the parcel’s delivery.

CAN I REFUSE THE ORDER AND CUSTOMS PAYMENTS?

You can cancel your order if the package has not been sent yet. After sending the parcel the Customer can't evade paying customs fees. Customs fees must be paid by the Customer and the parcel has to be received.
TRANSIT PARCELS
 
CAN I REFUSE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

If your parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit, the order technically cannot be canceled and returned to our warehouse. 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PARCEL IF I REFUSE IT?

If the Customer does not receive the parcel within 10 calendar days from the moment of arrival in the destination country, the parcel will be disposed of by default by carrier without a refund.
